Jason Wilkes is the founder of Wilkes Law. He left the larger firm setting to provide a nimbler client and business first approach to handling complex legal problems.
Jason is an experienced lawyer representing businesses, insurers, and insureds in and out of the Courtroom across the State of Texas and beyond. He serves as general counsel to several small and medium-sized companies across multiple industries, including real estate, manufacturing, energy, and technology. He serves as panel counsel and national coverage counsel to insurers in the commercial motor vehicle, professional liability, and general liability industries.
Jason has tried small and large cases to verdict in several counties across Texas including cases with millions of dollars at stake. Jason has been named as a Best Lawyer as voted by his peers 2015 – 2024. Jason has also earned the Texas State Bar Pro Bono Certificate multiple times.
